Grain & Dairy free Peanut Butter Bars

These are dairy, gluten, grain, and refined sugar free! Enjoy!  These are the real deal! I love chocolate and peanut butter, so these are  a must have for me! They are so similar to peanut butter cups you buy at the store! These are my go-to treats, they are so fast and easy to make. I will just whip a batch up whenever I want a treat! They are a great on the go dessert, just press the layers in a plastic container and stick the lid on, let set in the freezer, and bring where you need to go!    I like these best at room temperature, they are creamier and richer. But don't leave them out for very long, the coconut oil in the chocolate layer will melt :) I made these the other day with crunchy peanut butter, they were so good!  Peanut Butter Bars Makes 16 squares       Peanut Butter Layer  Heaping 3/4 C. Paleo Banana Muffins

I make these all the time! Every time I do, they fill the room with the smell of fresh baked banana bread!  Who wouldn't make them just for that, I know I would!  They are so moist and like the best banana muffins you could ever try!  These are a must have, for me. I absolutely Love Them!  They were one of the first recipes that I tried with almond flour. I have made them over and over again, every time they get better and better.  Paleo Banana Muffins   Makes 12 muffins  Ingredients  2 very ripe bananas, mashed 2 Tbsp. coconut oil  3 eggs  1 tsp. apple cider vinegar 1 1/4 C. almond flour   1/4 C. coconut flour  1 tsp. baking soda  1/3 tsp. salt  Optional ingredients   1/4 to 1/3 C. chocolate chips 1-2 tsp. cinnamon (I highly recommend this) 1/4 C. cacao nibs 1/4 C. walnuts (or any kind of nut) 1/3 C. coconut 2 Tbsp. of sugar (I don't think it needs any, your choice)  Instructions  Preheat oven
