Grain Free & Paleo Banana Waffles

I Love waffles, especially  these banana waffles. They taste so good with the banana in the batter. It gives it the crunchy outside, with the soft inside! I whip the egg whites, this gives them there fluffy texture...so good!       Grain Free-Paleo Banana Waffle Makes 6-8 waffles  Ingredients 1-1/2 cup Almond Flour 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour ¼ cup arrowroot starch 1 tsp. Baking soda ¼ tsp Salt 2 Eggs, Divided 2 Bananas, Mashed ⅔  C. Canned Coconut Milk 2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted Instructions Before you turn on your waffle iron, grease it with coconut oil. Preheat your Waffle iron around medium to medium-high heat. Grain Free - Paleo Chocolate Date Balls

   When I figured out that refined sugar bothered me, I took out alot of sweeteners. Maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar and agave syrup were better but I still got a little sick. Dates were the only thing at first that did not make me sick. I made these all the time! They carried me through that time. Now I can handle maple syrup in small amounts and a little honey and coconut sugar.  I still make these often, they are so good!
