Grain & Dairy free Peanut Butter Bars

These are dairy, gluten, grain, and refined sugar free! Enjoy!  These are the real deal! I love chocolate and peanut butter, so these are  a must have for me! They are so similar to peanut butter cups you buy at the store! These are my go-to treats, they are so fast and easy to make. I will just whip a batch up whenever I want a treat! They are a great on the go dessert, just press the layers in a plastic container and stick the lid on, let set in the freezer, and bring where you need to go!    I like these best at room temperature, they are creamier and richer. But don't leave them out for very long, the coconut oil in the chocolate layer will melt :) I made these the other day with crunchy peanut butter, they were so good!  Peanut Butter Bars Makes 16 squares       Peanut Butter Layer  Heaping 3/4 C.
